ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL ORDERS
Because each piece is handmade in small batches, many items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be recreated. For that reason, all sales are final.
Please read the full item description carefully before purchasing so you feel confident about your order. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help.

Shipping Information
All orders are carefully packed and shipped via standard Canada Post.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be packed and prepared for shipment, unless a different timeline is noted in the individual listing.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Postal delays, weather delays, customs delays, courier disruptions, or other issues once the parcel is in transit are outside of One Trick Pony Goods’ control.
One Trick Pony Goods is not responsible for delayed parcels once they have been accepted by the postal carrier.
Shipping to the USA may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, or import charges.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. One Trick Pony Goods is not responsible for parcels shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
